Merchant dashboard update, April 2026: switch menus, sections and dishes on, off or into the archive in batches

This merchant dashboard update lets you change many menu items at once. Switch whole groups of menus, sections and dishes on or off, or send them to the archive, in a couple of clicks instead of one item at a time.

Batch actions for menus, sections and dishes

Tick the menus, sections or dishes you need, or use Select all, and two buttons appear next to Deselect all: one switches the selection off or back on, the other sends it to the archive. Take the breakfast menu offline for the evening, retire a seasonal section, or bring back the weekend specials without opening each item. Archived items come back from the Archived tab the same way.

A faster merchant dashboard

Pages that used to pause for a second or two before showing anything now open straight away. The menu, tables and zones, banners, payment and order settings pages load faster, and saving a new table booking is quicker.

Fixes

Also in this update:

  • Time Slots on the booking screen scrolls on its own, so a long evening of slots stays easy to reach.
  • Menu items switch on and off one by one reliably again, and drag and drop in the menu list keeps its order.
  • Staff members can be edited again, and the tips next to staff fields show correctly.

How to get it

Everything above is live in the merchant dashboard on every plan, with nothing to install. The booking screen fixes apply to plans that include table booking.
