Merchant dashboard update, September 2026: team availability, booking alerts, several payment accounts, new order statuses and a website gallery

This merchant dashboard update gives you one calendar for who is working, who is on vacation and who is in a meeting. New, changed and cancelled bookings now announce themselves, payments can go to different accounts by menu, orders carry clear statuses from the kitchen to the guest's door, and a gallery puts real photos of your venue on your website.

Team availability in one calendar

Under Employees, Schedule, the Team Availability page shows each staff member as a row across the month or the year. Click an empty cell to add a Workday, Vacation, Unavailable, Meeting or Note, with dates, shift times and a comment. Before you post next week's rota, you can see who is off and who is free to cover a busy Saturday.

Alerts for every booking change

The booking screen now shows a notification when a booking comes in, changes or gets cancelled. It also reminds you 30 minutes before a booking starts and tells you when a guest has not shown up, so the host can release the table instead of holding it all evening. Set both times under Features, Booking with Reminder before start and No-show grace.

The Time Slots panel also filters by zone and by a time range, so the host can look at the terrace between seven and nine without scrolling through the whole day.

Several payment accounts per venue

A venue can now hold more than one payment account. Add them under Features, Payment, then pick the Payment Account for each menu, so the bar and the kitchen can be paid into separate accounts. The tax type fills in from the account you choose, and dishes take the account of their menu.

Order statuses from the kitchen to the door

Orders in the venue now move through Processing, Ready and Served, and delivery orders through On the way and Delivered. Staff mark each step with Mark as served, Handed to courier and Mark as delivered, and the orders list shows where every order stands.

A photo gallery for your website

The new Gallery page under Features fills your venue website with photos. Hero gallery sets the pictures at the top of the site, and Our photos builds the gallery at the bottom. Show the room, the terrace and the dishes guests come back for.

Fixes

Also in this update:

  • Kitchen service and POS integration are included in the Pro plan; on Standard they remain paid add-ons.
  • Staff roles show their translated names, and staff can hold different roles in different venues.
  • Tables: every table in a zone shows on the table map and in the booking form, and two tables in one zone can no longer share a name.
  • Orders import correctly and the orders list updates live.
  • Sign-in no longer drops you out unexpectedly when a session expires.
  • Plan payments through Mono and A-Bank activate your plan reliably, and an invalid promo code says so.

How to get it

Everything above is live in the merchant dashboard, with nothing to install. Booking alerts and the time slot filters are part of the Booking feature on plans that include table booking. Team availability, the gallery and the new order statuses work on every plan. Several payment accounts matter for online payments, which are part of the Pro plan.
