Merchant dashboard update, October 2026: sales statistics with ABC analysis, table status from bookings, repeating staff shifts, couriers and menus in every language
This merchant dashboard update adds a Statistics section that shows how your orders, dishes, clients, deliveries and bookings are doing, with an ABC analysis that splits your menu into what earns the money and what only fills the page. Tables now take their status from the booking schedule, staff shifts repeat week to week, and menu files carry every language you serve.
Statistics and ABC analysis
The new Statistics section has pages for General, Clients, Orders, Dishes, Deliveries and Bookings. Pick a period, from Today to All time or your own dates, and each page shows its key numbers with the change against the previous period, a chart and a list you can sort and search.
ABC analysis ranks every dish and add-on twice, by sales and by revenue: class A makes the first 80% of the total, B the next 15% and C the last 5%. Filter by category or by dishes and add-ons, and click a row to see how its class moved over time. It is the quickest way to spot the C-class dishes worth taking off the menu.
Table status that follows your bookings
Each table in the tables list now carries a status taken from the booking schedule, so the host sees which tables are free, held, booked or already seated without changing anything by hand. The old manual free and busy switch is gone. If you try to switch off a table that still has a booking or an open order, the dashboard tells you first, so you can move or close it.
Staff shifts that repeat every week
Most teams work the same shifts week after week. When you add availability for an employee, switch on Repeat weekly, pick the weekdays and set Repeat until. The dashboard creates every entry in one go, so a month of Monday, Wednesday and Friday shifts is one form, not twelve.
Staff archive and couriers
Blocked employees now move to an Archive under their role, and Unblock brings them back with their account intact. Couriers get their own role, and delivery orders have a Courier field to assign who takes the order out; the deliveries statistics then show your best courier.
Menu files in every language
Export menu now writes a name and description column for every extra language of your venue, for menus, sections and dishes, and Import menu reads them back. Add-ons travel too: an Add-ons sheet creates or updates add-ons, links them to dishes and carries their translations. Translate the whole menu in a spreadsheet and load it in one step.
What's new, inside the dashboard
When there is something you haven't seen yet, a What's new window opens after you sign in with a short note on each update, laid out like the release pages on our site. Click Got it and it stays closed until the next release.
Fixes
Also in this update:
- The whole dashboard in your language: texts that showed in Ukrainian or as raw keys now appear in the language you picked, and menu names follow the content language you choose.
- Booking a bigger party than a table seats asks you to confirm with Book anyway instead of failing.
- Payment accounts can be set for a menu and all its dishes at once, including menus without dishes.
- Menu editing: renaming, moving and removing sections, moving dishes between sections and switching a dish off all save correctly.
- Images: WebP photos upload, the venue logo can be changed or removed, and zone QR codes download as a PDF again.
- The interactive tour is translated into every dashboard language and works on the Free plan.
How to get it
Everything above is live in the merchant dashboard, with nothing to install. Statistics, staff tools and menu files work on every plan; table status from bookings is part of the Booking feature on plans that include table booking.
