Manage order delivery and pickup orders, set delivery prices and discounts, statistics, and more

Our team has expanded the order administration functionality by adding delivery and takeaway management. Administrators can now set delivery prices and offer discounts for takeaway, as well as manage the display of order logs for selected time periods. Additionally, revenue statistics for different payment types have been introduced.

Main updated features:

Our team continues to improve the functionality of order history. We have added the ability to add new dishes to existing orders, apply discounts to individual dishes or the entire check, and confirm payments. This update makes order management even more efficient and flexible.

This update introduces new features for managing orders through the addition of order history. Users can now view all orders, as well as edit, cancel, or change the table associated with an order. This update greatly simplifies order management and makes it more flexible. Additionally, the option to choose a domain name for the venue has been added, giving a personalized look to your business online.

The functionality of the QR menu has been updated. We have added the ability to order dishes for delivery or pickup, and made several improvements to the order processing. Users can now choose between delivery to their address or pickup from the restaurant, and also receive information about delivery costs and possible discounts for pickup. Additionally, we have added the option to leave tips for all payment methods.

  1. Delivery and Pickup - users can choose the method of receiving their order: delivery to their door or pickup from the restaurant. This provides greater flexibility in choosing how to receive food and improves the overall QR menu experience.

We have significantly expanded the functionality of the QR menu by adding features for online ordering of dishes and managing orders through a cart. Additionally, new options for choosing the payment method have been implemented. These updates simplify the ordering and payment process, making it more convenient and flexible for users.

  1. Online dish ordering - visitors can now place orders directly through the QR menu. This reduces wait times and enhances the convenience of the ordering process, especially during peak periods.
  2. Placing an order by the visitor without involving staff through a contactless menu.
  3. Comments for the Kitchen - a feature that enhances the convenience of the ordering process through the QR menu and allows visitors to specify preferences for their dish.

We have expanded the capabilities for editing venue profiles and managing staff. Administrators can now add information about Wi-Fi and choose the availability of a paper menu at the venue. Additionally, new staff categories can be added.
