Admin Panel v2.4.0 — a major update with online payments, custom pages, and new features

The Eat Scan Pay Admin Panel v2.4.0 update has become one of the biggest, combining features that make working with the platform even more convenient for venues, and using the QR menu — more comfortable for guests.

• Custom pages in the venue menu. Now every user can create their own pages in the menu or on the venue’s website. You can add text, photos, videos, links, or even emojis to create unique content — for example, an “About Us” section, a promotions page, or event descriptions. On mobile, these pages appear below the menu list, and on desktop — in the website header, to the left of the main sections.
  
• Online order payment. Full-fledged online payment has been implemented directly in the digital menu. Guests can pay for their orders by bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — without the waiter’s involvement. The admin panel now shows the payment status, and staff receive a notification in the ESP Telegram Bot that the order has been paid.
  
• Promo code system for pricing plans. We’ve launched a promo code system to make using Eat Scan Pay even more affordable. New users receive a promo code for their first plan payment, and in the future, promo codes will be available for holidays, events, or special promotions. This allows venue owners — from small coffee shops to large chains — to use the service more profitably.
  
• Multilingual interface. Added support for two more languages in the QR menu and Admin Panel. This makes the platform more versatile and allows your guests to view the menu in their native language, ensuring a comfortable user experience.
  
• Professional setup assistance. For new Eat Scan Pay users, a paid setup service is now available. Our specialist will help fill in the menu, connect the Kitchen service, configure POS integration, and solve other key setup issues. Each payment covers one hour of setup work to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Interface and performance improvements. We’ve fixed several minor bugs, optimized performance, and made the interface even more convenient for daily use.

This update makes Eat Scan Pay an even more powerful platform for venue management and guest interaction — from creating a unique online menu to enabling full online payments and process automation.

Admin Panel v2.3.1 – New features for flexible menu management and improved usability

• Dish photo removal — now you can quickly and easily remove images from dishes if they become outdated or need updating.
• Default venue photo — for newly created venues, a default photo is automatically added to the menu, ensuring a better start for the visual presentation of the QR menu.
• Menu working hours by day of the week — flexible settings allow you to set an individual schedule for each day so that the menu is automatically displayed only during working hours.
• Quick access button to the menu — a new button in the panel header lets you see with one click how your electronic menu looks to customers.
• Optimization and bug fixes — we have improved performance, enhanced the interface, and fixed minor issues for an even more stable and pleasant experience.
• Menu style change — added the ability to change the appearance of the menu list to match your venue's style and improve user convenience.
