Kitchen display update: a new real-time order board with cooking timers, dish-level status, order marks and history
This kitchen display update replaces the old board with a faster one built for the pass. New orders from the QR menu and the dashboard land on the screen the moment they are placed, every card counts down its cooking time, and cooks mark a single dish ready without waiting for the whole ticket.

A kitchen display board that updates itself
The board has three columns, New order, Cooking and Done, each with a count of tickets. New orders appear without reloading the page. A cook taps Start cooking, then Order ready, or drags the card to the next column with a finger on a tablet. A starter that is ready before the main gets its own Dish ready, so the runner can take it while the grill is still busy.
Cooking timers and order marks
Each card counts down from the dish's cooking time. The border stays green while the ticket is on time and turns red when it runs late, so the head chef sees the problem from across the kitchen. Done orders show how long they took. The card also carries the dish weight, add-ons, the guest's comment and the zone and table, plus marks for how to serve it: Ready to serve, To go, Delivery, All together or On readiness. The Order marks button in the header explains every colour and mark for new staff.

Order history for every shift
Order history lists past orders ten to a page with their dishes, add-ons and total cooking time. After a busy Saturday you can check which tickets ran long and which dishes slowed the line.

Smaller improvements in this kitchen display update
Also in this update:
Several venues, one login. An account with more than one venue picks the kitchen after signing in; with one venue the board opens straight away.
Three languages. Cooks switch the interface between Ukrainian, English and Russian from the header.
Reload and error recovery. A Reload button refreshes the board, and a clear error screen brings it back after a lost connection.
The previous kitchen app, in use since April 2024, already let cooks move cards by drag-and-drop or with a button and showed the venue's license status. This release rebuilds it from the ground up.
How to get it
The new kitchen display is live, with nothing to install: open it in the browser of a kitchen tablet or screen and sign in with your staff account. The kitchen display is part of the Kitchen service on plans that include it.
