Telegram notifications update: messages in your language, full dish lists, an admin menu and safer payment confirmation

This Telegram notifications update rebuilds the bot your staff use every shift. Messages now come in your venue's language, a new order lists every dish with its add-ons, and owners and admins get a menu to check orders, bookings and payment requests without opening the dashboard.

Telegram notifications in your venue's language

The bot writes in the main language set for your venue, and falls back to English where a translation is missing. Each message names its event and its key details: a new or updated order, cooking and ready, a waiter call, a guest request, a new visitor at a table, a booking, feedback and every step of a payment.

Full orders and the right people

A new order shows the dishes with quantities, the add-ons under each dish and the guest's comment, so the kitchen can start without opening another screen. Each role gets what it needs: the owner sees everything, admins see orders, bookings and payments, the kitchen gets new and updated orders, and waiters get calls, guest requests and payment requests.

Payments confirmed on purpose

A payment request comes with a confirm button, and the bot asks Are you sure you want to confirm payment before it marks the order paid. A waiter who taps the wrong order can say No and nothing changes.

Owners and admins open ORDERS for today and yesterday's orders, unpaid, approved, cooking and done ones, and BOOKINGS for today's bookings and booking requests. Payment requests and Desk requests today are one tap away.
